Postural Reset

In the age of being online so much of the day, I’m noticing a lot more of what we sometimes call “Text Neck”, “Online Spine” or “Quarantine Screen” in other words poor posture. Sitting with our heads forward and rounded shoulders for hours on end is leaving us atrocious posture that keeps getting worse. Here is a short video on how to reset your posture. You can do this exercise multiple times a day at your desk and it will slowly begin to reverse some of those bad postural habits that slowly sneak into our daily lives.
