Modified 7 Way Hip.

The traditional 7 Way Hip exercise developed and made popular by Ryan Flaherty has been used by athletes to strengthen and mobilize their hips. Here I am showing a modified approach focusing more on hip strength/mobility as well as spinal stability. This is also much friendlier to the general population rather than the higher-level athlete. Many people need to strengthen their lateral hip muscles while also needing to maintain spinal stability. This exercise focuses on just that.
