Brian Richey

author-aboutme

Brian Richey believes that a great trainer isn’t measured by the number of exercises they know, but rather by the breadth of their skillset: a true fitness professional must be a detective, a cheerleader, a teacher, an engineer, and an entertainer. Brian brings his considerable expertise to clients and students alike through lively sessions that challenge while entertaining his listeners.

Brian has a unique ability to spot movement dysfunctions that others miss that may be the culprit to your pain, identify the underlying cause, then design a program to create lasting change. He takes pride in helping change his clients’ lives, and their days, for the better. If you’d like to arrange a personal session with Brian either in person or virtually, please email brianrichey@fit4lifedc.com

Brian’s education is in kinesiology, exercise science, and integrated movement; he brings these together in his specialty, medical exercise—helping people manage their medical conditions through exercise. Brian has also been a stand-up comedian, stage actor, and radio personality, making his brand of teaching highly engaging and sought after. He can be found teaching students and training clients around the world, helping people Move Better, Stand Taller, and Exercise Pain-Free. If you’d like Brian to teach at your event, please email brianrichey@fit4lifedc.com
